This is a fantastic opportunity for a Shipping Coordinator / Sales Administrator to join a dynamic sales team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the sales department, shipping and booking all export goods, administrative tasks and contributing to the overall efficiency of the sales process.
Duties will include:
- Processing all shipments across the World and ensure they arrive on time
- Processing sales orders and maintaining accurate records in the sales database
- Support the sales team by preparing quotes & proformas
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products to effectively assist customers
- Take telephone orders and assist customer queries
- Process returns and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
- Any other administration tasks required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a shipping/export role
- Confident on the phone
- Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
