Automotive Service Advisor based in Guildford, 45hrs per week, 1 in 4 Saturdays (8am-12pm) paid at 1.5 x hourly rate.
Basic Salary = £33,600
Bonus Scheme = £3,600
OTE = £37,400 + Uncapped Upsell Bonus for key products.
Our client is seeking a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to be the key link between customers and the service department. You’ll ensure a smooth service experience from check-in to vehicle pickup.
Responsibilities- Greet customers and identify service needs
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow
- Prepare and explain repair orders, costs, and timelines
- Provide updates on vehicle status
- Coordinate with technicians for accurate diagnostics
- Promote recommended services
- Handle warranty and insurance claims
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Automotive knowledge preferred

- Valid driver’s license
