A premium international consumer brand is seeking an experienced Retail National Account Manager to join its growing UK operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven account management professional with a background in retail, premium consumer products, or luxury brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key national retail accounts, developing long-term partnerships, and driving continued growth across the UK market.

The Role

  • Manage and develop relationships with major national retail accounts
  • Deliver account growth through strategic planning and commercial activity
  • Build and implement joint business plans with retail partners
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and product
  • Support product launches, promotions, and retail initiatives
  • Attend client meetings and regular account reviews

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience within a National Account Manager or Key Account Manager role
  • Background within retail, premium consumer goods, or luxury brands
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing large retail customers
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
  • Well organised and proactive approach
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
