We’re on the hunt for a quality-driven, solutions-focused QA Manager to lead the roll-out of our new Business Management System and raise standards across high-profile construction and building services projects.
This is a hands-on role with real influence – from site audits and compliance to shaping how we deliver projects aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 19650 and BIM requirements.
What you’ll do:
- Drive quality across all departments and live sites
- Lead site & internal audits to embed ISO-aligned processes
- Create and implement project-specific Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
- Train and upskill teams in QA practices and digital tools
- Champion snag-free delivery and sustainability targets
- Report directly to the board and shape strategic improvements
