Brand Design and Marketing Executive £25-30,000 OTE £35,000 Are you ready to join a team making waves in FMC where ideas are actioned quickly and you’ll have the chance to take ownership from day one. Our client is looking for a Marketing and Design Executive to join their team. This is your chance to work closely with the founder and sales team to grow their brand across digital platforms, packaging, and retail. Key Responsibilities Marketing/Digital Marketing (70%) Develop and execute marketing plans. Create and schedule content across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Analyse ROI, manage the budget, and collaborate with external teams on Google Ads/PPC and SEO. Manage email marketing, affiliate programmes, and website updates. Support in-store and live events, including consumer shows. Design (20%) Create adverts, point-of-sale materials, and packaging updates. Develop mailers and presentations using Canva. Admin & Customer Service (10%) Process samples/orders and respond to customer queries, including social media. You will need: 1-2+ years’ marketing or design experience. Strong organisation and time management. Knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing. Experience in digital marketing, Google Ads/PPC, and tracking budgets. Motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently or in a team. Clean driving licence and car (for commuting and events). They are open to working from home flexibility however would require 3-4 core days in the office.
