Our client is looking for an Export Executive to join their fast-growing team and play a key role in keeping their international shipments running smoothly! You will be the go-to person for export operations, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate shipments with our China export team and manage exports to China & Nigeria.
- Prepare and maintain accurate export documentation in Boxtop for audits and compliance.
- Arrange collections and deliveries with hauliers/couriers and handle trans shipments.
- Issue export entries and ensure timely invoicing.
- Mentor and train colleagues on export procedures and compliance.
- Keep processes efficient, compliant, and customer-focused.
