Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support their busy sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries by phone and email
  • Prepare quotations and support Account Managers and Directors
  • Process customer and supplier orders using a CRM system
  • Liaise with suppliers and Goods Receipt & Despatch to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Manage returns and repairs
  • Support shipping, invoicing, and goods inspection when required
  • Manage allocated customer accounts and identify new or repeat business opportunities
  • Assist with general sales administration and basic reporting

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in sales administration or order processing required
  • Confident using CRM systems and MS Word/Excel
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
