The predicted salary is between 31000 - 31000 £ per year.

Location: Camberley (office-based during training, hybrid working after probation)

Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week

Salary: £30,000 FTE (£20,000 pro rata) plus performance bonus

We're looking for an organised, confident communicator to join our friendly team in a varied customer-focused role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and keeping in touch with customers. Much of the role involves reconnecting with previous customers, maintaining existing relationships and introducing our products to new businesses within our target market. This isn't a high-pressure sales environment. Success comes from having genuine conversations, understanding customers' needs and building long-term relationships.

The Role

  • Reconnect with previous customers and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Contact businesses that would benefit from our products.
  • Build rapport over the telephone and by email.
  • Manage follow-up activity and customer enquiries.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
  • Provide weekly updates on customer activity and opportunities.
  • Occasionally support the team at trade exhibitions and events.

About You

You'll enjoy this role if you:

  • Love talking to people and building relationships.
  • Are naturally organised and good at following things through.
  • Have experience in customer service, account management, business development or B2B customer support.
  • Are confident on the telephone.
  • Can work independently whilst enjoying being part of a small team.
  • Have good IT skills and are comfortable using CRM systems.
