We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking BIM Lead to join a growing technical team. This is a unique opportunity to shape and embed digital design processes across a multi-site, design-led contractor with a strong project portfolio and ambitions for ISO19650 certification.

You’ll be the driving force behind BIM implementation, standards and compliance — bringing clarity, consistency, and innovation to how we design, coordinate and deliver. Working closely with design, delivery and leadership teams, you’ll set the standard for how BIM is used across the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement BIM standards, templates and workflows across the company
  • Lead ISO19650-aligned practices and help secure company-wide certification
  • Coordinate modelling activities internally and externally, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Provide guidance, training and leadership across departments on BIM tools and best practice
  • Act as the go-to expert for BIM-related decision-making across live projects

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in a BIM Lead or BIM Manager role
  • Deep understanding of ISO19650 and its real-world application
  • Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and experience with CDEs
  • Confident communicator and trainer with a passion for better, smarter delivery
  • Previous exposure to project environments with complex geometry or multi-disciplinary inputs

Package:

  • Salary £55,000–£65,000 depending on experience
  • Supportive, growing business with genuine autonomy in the role

This is a standout opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of BIM at business level, not just project level. If you want to lead change, shape standards, and make BIM work better, we’d love to hear from you.
