Based in Addlestone/West Byfleet, Surrey

Basic salary: £22,000 – £30,000 OTE: £50,000 – £60,000

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Sell properties & additional services at the agreed targets
  • Ensure personal compliance with all legal, technical, and administrative systems
  • Attract vendors and applicants
  • Qualify applicants and potential vendors to company standards
  • Generate viewings and offers
  • Negotiate offers to agreed deals
  • Achieve personal and individual activity targets
  • Generate listing opportunities
  • Collate own and daily, weekly, and monthly figures to highlight performance
  • Implement branch plan with branch manager in line with the group strategic plan
  • Conduct marketing review calls in line with company standards

Requirements:

  • At least one year’s estate agency experience
  • Driving licence
