The Accounts Assistant will support the Finance team with various accounting tasks, cash allocation, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Prepare and input journal entries, and perform account reconciliations.
- Manage customer payments.
- Bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.
- Process vendor invoices and resolve queries.
- Record payments, manage petty cash, and employee expenses.
- Support filing of invoices, expenses, and journals.
