You may already have exposure to invoices, purchase orders, freight costs, supplier accounts or finance administration - or perhaps you are looking to build on your operational or administrative experience and move further into accounts and finance.
Joining a supportive and growing team, you will receive training across both the accounts and operational side of the business, gaining hands-on experience in purchase ledger, sales ledger and day-to-day business operations. This role offers genuine long-term progression and would suit someone organised, detail-focused and eager to develop within a busy commercial environment.
Key responsibilities:- Assisting with purchase ledger and supplier invoices
- Assisting with sales ledger and customer accounts
- Processing invoices, orders and account information
- Supporting operational and administrative processes
- Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal departments
- Assisting the wider finance and operations teams with day-to-day duties
- Experience within shipping, logistics, exports, imports, freight forwarding or a related administration role would be highly desirable
- Some exposure to accounts, invoicing, finance administration or reconciliations would be beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Good communication skills and a team-focused approach
