You’ll be visiting private rented properties across London and the Home Counties carrying out simple water testing tasks – mainly turning taps on for a couple of minutes and completing basic checks for legionella compliance. It’s straightforward work, but it needs someone reliable, organised, and happy working independently.

The Role
- Driving to properties across London + the Home Counties
- Running taps for approx. 2 minutes as part of water testing
- Basic legionella/water compliance checks (training provided)
- Recording results on your mobile (simple process)
- Managing your day efficiently and keeping appointments on track

- Overtime available
- Rail travel covered when it’s easier than driving
