Export Coordinator, Chertsey, (office based) We are looking for an Export Coordinator to join a friendly and supportive team, handling export consignments.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years’ export experience who is keen to develop their skills in international logistics and freight forwarding.
Key Responsibilities Preparing export customs clearances Arranging collections with transport companies Booking shipments with airlines Printing and processing Air Waybills Liaising with overseas agents via email Supporting the export team and gradually taking ownership of shipments Skills Experience Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in export/logistics/freight forwarding Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Exchange (email) and Excel Organised, proactive and able to work effectively in a team Ability to use initiative and think outside the box If you are looking to build a long-term career in exports within a collaborative team environment, we would love to hear from you.
