We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Property Manager to join our team in Weybridge. If you’re someone who thrives on structure, takes ownership of tasks, and enjoys building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, this could be the perfect next step in your property career.

What you’ll be doing:

  • This is a hands-on role where you’ll ensure the smooth running of a busy and varied portfolio.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Entering fees for completions and uploading inventory reports
  • Chasing tenant visa expiry dates and right to rent documentation
  • Coordinating property maintenance and liaising with contractors
  • Entering contractor invoices
  • Managing compliance: GSRs, EICRs, PAT testing and PL insurances
  • Organising (and potentially conducting) property inspections
  • Handling check-outs and working closely with landlords and tenants during the process
