Our client is seeking a customer‑focused Automotive Service Advisor to be the key link between customers and the service department. You’ll ensure a smooth service experience from check‑in to vehicle pickup.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and identify service needs
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow
- Prepare and explain repair orders, costs, and timelines
- Provide updates on vehicle status
- Coordinate with technicians for accurate diagnostics
- Promote recommended services
- Handle warranty and insurance claims
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
