Customer Service Administrator

Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant. You will be responsible for setting up new customer accounts, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing general administrative support to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and set up new customer accounts in internal systems and websites
- Verify customer information and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate
- Maintain and update customer records with changes or corrections as needed
- Assist the customer service team, with answering calls and emails
- Assist in general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning
- Support the team with additional clerical duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous administration or office support experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in data entry
- Basic understanding of office software such as Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, reliable, and willing to learn
- Able to work well in a team and manage routine tasks independently
