Job Overview:
As a Scheduler/Planner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and values. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling field staff efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize travel time. You will schedule preventative and regular maintenance with minimal disruption, ensuring that engineers' skill sets align with operational requirements. You will also manage customer/client appointments within the correct SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
