Temporary position for an Accounts Assistant based in Sheerwater, Surrey with parking. The role is for 1-2 months with a view to extension. The Accounts Assistant will support the Finance team with various accounting tasks, including:
- Preparing and inputting journal entries, and performing account reconciliations.
- Managing customer payments.
- Bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.
- Processing vendor invoices and resolving queries.
- Recording payments, managing petty cash, and employee expenses.
- Supporting filing of invoices, expenses, and journals.
