Hours: Mon-Fri, 09:00 – 17:30 Our client is looking for an Export Executive to join their fast-growing team and play a key role in keeping their international shipments running smoothly!
You’ll be the go-to person for export operations, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and excellent customer service.
What You’ll
Do: Coordinate shipments with our China export team and manage exports to China Nigeria.
Prepare and maintain accurate export documentation in Boxtop for audits and compliance.
Arrange collections and deliveries with hauliers/couriers and handle trans shipments.
Issue export entries and ensure timely invoicing.
Mentor and train colleagues on export procedures and compliance.
Keep processes efficient, compliant, and customer-focused.
