Senior Product Designer London (UK)

Your purpose at Copper is to ensure a consistent product experience throughout all touchpoints to maintain and build on our market leadership.

• Copper is looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to help us set the institutional standard for the digital asset industry.
• You will be a natural team player/leader, have an open and collaborative mindset and ability to solve problems creatively.
• You will be part of the Product team, and will be working closely with Product, Revenue, and Marketing teams.
• Lead design initiatives for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user requirements.
• Ensure design consistency and product experience across Platform, apps, website and collateral whilst adhering to Copper brand and marketing guidelines.
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, UX designer and other stakeholders to bring product visions to life.
• Analyse and identify new product improvement opportunities.

• Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Excellent attention to detail and an intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members.
• Strong ability to understand client objectives and creatively translate into product design.
• Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts.
• Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve.
• Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences.
• Ability to get things done and deliver in a fast-paced innovative company.
• Experience working in the digital asset industry.
• Experience working in the financial services industry.
