We are looking for a dynamic Events Director to lead the planning, coordination and execution of exceptional events at a new club in Belgravia. The ideal candidate will create unforgettable experiences that reflect the club\’s reputation for hospitality, fine dining and entertainment in a luxurious setting. This role offers the opportunity to shape the club’s events strategy, engage members and deliver outstanding experiences. The Events Director will work closely with the team and members to elevate the club’s status as a premier destination for distinguished connections.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Private Event Enquiries:

  • Serve as the primary contact for private event inquiries, providing personalised guidance and recommendations.
  • Maintain an organised system for tracking bookings and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Work with members to translate their vision into memorable events aligned with the club’s brand.

Event Execution & Management:

  • Oversee private events, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality.
  • Coordinate day-of event activities, ensuring smooth operations and manage budgets effectively.
  • Oversee timelines, guest lists, invitations, security and event set-up/breakdown.

Member Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with members to ensure their preferences are reflected in events.
  • Provide personalized service and creative solutions for unique event experiences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to members, ensuring their needs are exceeded at every stage.
  • Lead and motivate the events team to uphold high service standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (food, beverage, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Support the Cultural Events team with logistics and planning.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of senior-level experience in luxury event management.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative flair and expertise in high-end event production.
  • UK-based with a valid visa.
