- Identify and unlock new revenue channels including private dining, seasonal events, and large group bookings
- Develop targeted outreach strategies aligned with market trends and seasonality
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, local businesses, and community networks
- Conduct site visits, host key clients, and represent the brand at networking events
- Partner with Marketing on local and segment‑specific campaigns
- Work closely with the CRO team to ensure effective lead conversion
- Maintain clear reporting on pipeline, activity, and performance
- Use CRM and sales tools to track activity, manage relationships, and monitor progress
Leadership & Development
- Support and guide Junior Sales Managers where applicable
- Set clear expectations around activity levels, lead generation, and CRM discipline
- Provide coaching on outreach, qualification, and client management
- Foster a proactive, high‑energy sales culture across the team
What Success Looks Like
- Revenue generated from your territory or portfolio
- Pipeline value, quality, and progression
- Conversion rate of self‑generated leads
- Number of new accounts secured
- Repeat business and account growth
- Activity levels and contribution to team pipeline

- Strong networking and relationship‑building skills
- A proactive, commercially driven mindset
- Confidence operating across multiple venues and brands
- Excellent organisational and pipeline management skills
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
