This is a role for someone ready to step into the number two seat at a premium, multi-faceted venue riverside, hotel-adjacent, all-day dining, events and run it like it's theirs.
What you'll bring
- A background in premium hospitality boutique hotels, high-end restaurant groups, members' clubs, or similarly guest-obsessed environments where you've been accountable for standards, not just shifts.
- Genuine commercial fluency: P&L ownership, labour and stock control, and the judgement to know where to spend and where to hold the line.
- A track record of building teams that stay because they're led well, not just managed.
- The composure to run a demanding floor at pace without it ever showing to the guest.
- An eye for the details that separate good from exceptional: how a table's set, how a complaint's handled, how a shift closes.
