Coppa Collective brings together three distinct hospitality brands, Coppa Club, Noci and Linwood Collection each shaped by a clear idea and a shared way of thinking, forming a considered portfolio built on quality, strong identity and scalable, long‑term growth. We create spaces where people gather, celebrate, work, and connect. Now, we’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to help grow our corporate, group, and local market revenue across a defined region or portfolio of venues. This is a senior, front‑line commercial role reporting directly to the Sales Director. You’ll be a key driver of proactive sales activity, relationship building, and revenue generation — while supporting the development of Junior Sales Managers where applicable.

What You’ll Do

  • Own sales activity for a defined region, segment, or group of venues
  • Build and manage a high‑quality pipeline of corporate, group, and event opportunities
  • Drive outbound activity: calls, meetings, networking, partnerships, and local outreach
  • Identify and unlock new revenue channels including private dining, seasonal events, and large group bookings
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies aligned with market trends and seasonality

Client & Market Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, local businesses, and community networks
  • Conduct site visits, host key clients, and represent the brand at networking events
  • Partner with Marketing on local and segment‑specific campaigns

Collaboration & Conversion

  • Work closely with the CRO team to ensure effective lead conversion
  • Maintain clear reporting on pipeline, activity, and performance
  • Use CRM and sales tools to track activity, manage relationships, and monitor progress

Leadership & Development

  • Support and guide Junior Sales Managers where applicable
  • Set clear expectations around activity levels, lead generation, and CRM discipline
  • Provide coaching on outreach, qualification, and client management
  • Foster a proactive, high‑energy sales culture across the team

What Success Looks Like

  • Revenue generated from your territory or portfolio
  • Pipeline value, quality, and progression
  • Conversion rate of self‑generated leads
  • Number of new accounts secured
  • Repeat business and account growth
  • Activity levels and contribution to team pipeline

Who You Are

  • Proven B2B or hospitality sales experience
  • Strong networking and relationship‑building skills
  • A proactive, commercially driven mindset
  • Confidence operating across multiple venues and brands
  • Excellent organisational and pipeline management skills
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
  • Experience coaching or supporting junior team members
  • Confidence in setting expectations and driving accountability
