Coppa Club is looking for a confident and capable Night Supervisor to oversee hotel operations and support our night team with professionalism and warmth.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests: Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and overnight inquiries with care.
- Ensure security: Monitor safety across the property and respond to any incidents.
- Respond to emergencies: Follow procedures and act swiftly to ensure guest and staff wellbeing.
- Handle admin: Process reservations, payments, and prepare nightly reports.
- Conduct audits: Balance financial transactions and complete night audit procedures.
- Support the team: Assist housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff as needed.
Qualifications
