Working mostly evening shifts with some morning and day time shifts when required. Shift patterns are typically 07:00-15:00, 10:00-18:00 & 14:30-22:30. This is a part time role (around 24 hours per week) over a 7 day period, including bank holidays and festive periods.

Responsibilities

  • Guest Reception: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in/out, and assist with any inquiries or requests.
  • Reservation Management: Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and efficiently.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for guests, providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing payments.
  • Problem‑Solving: Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues by following hotel procedures and protocols.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service and ensure guest satisfaction.
