We are urgently looking for 12 GRP Operatives / Laminators for a major project in Cambridge. This is an excellent contract opportunity with strong hours, an 11-day work pattern and competitive rates.
Start: ASAP / next available site induction
Location: Cambridge
Duration: Approx. 5 months
Working pattern: 11 day rotation / 106 hours per fortnight
Rates: 23.45 basic, 32.83 OT1, 42.21 OT2 - (PAYE ONLY, NO LTD)
Bonus: Will be discussed
11-day gross wage: Approx. 3,168.40 including bonus
Accommodation / travel allowance: Provided where applicable
We require operatives with experience in GRP pipework, GRP ducting, fibreglass laminating or hand lay-up work. The main work will involve preparing and laminating site joints using resin and glass fibre on GRP ducting and pipework. Main ducting sizes are 600mm and 400mm, with smaller offtakes down to 100mm. Pipework will be set in pre-installed supports.
