Copius Group is growing in the United States, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to help lead the next phase of our US expansion.

Location: Houston, Texas

Industry: E&I / M&E Construction | Project Delivery | Manpower Solutions

We’re looking for someone who knows how to build relationships, open doors and turn opportunities into long-term client partnerships across the US industrial and construction market. You could already be based in the United States, or you may be an experienced professional currently based in Ireland or the UK who is ready to relocate to Houston for the right opportunity.

The role will cover opportunities across:

  • E&I / M&E construction
  • Managed project teams
  • Commissioning and QA/QC
  • Technical project delivery
  • Manpower and workforce solutions

Previous experience in the US market would be a strong advantage, along with an established network and the confidence to engage with senior construction, engineering, procurement, commercial and supply chain leaders. This is a chance to play a central role in building our US client portfolio and have a genuine voice in shaping how our American operations develop.
