We’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager to join our growing team delivering cutting-edge data centre projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high value, mission critical infrastructure supporting some of the world’s leading technology clients.

You’ll play a key role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of fast paced, technically complex builds where MEP packages and critical systems are at the forefront.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing project costs from inception through to final account
  • Preparing and reviewing cost plans, budgets, and forecasts
  • Leading procurement and tendering for major work packages
  • Administering contracts (NEC / JCT / FIDIC) and managing variations
  • Producing accurate commercial reports and cash flow forecasts
  • Working closely with project managers, engineers, and clients
  • Supporting value engineering and cost optimisation initiatives
  • Managing subcontractor accounts and payments

About You

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
  • Experience in data centres, MEP-heavy, or large-scale construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of contract management and commercial processes
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-value project environment
