Copius Group is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a major data centre project in Iceland, taking full ownership from inception through to completion. This is a senior leadership role overseeing the delivery of large-scale, mission critical infrastructure, integrating complex civils works with high-voltage electrical systems in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment.
You will take the lead on a flagship project, driving delivery from early works through to energisation and handover. You’ll be responsible for:
- Full project leadership and governance
- Electrical systems including HV/LV, UPS, generators
- Civils infrastructure: earthworks, ducting, foundations
- Managing programme, cost, and risk
- Coordinating multidisciplinary interfaces
- Leading commissioning and final handover
- Stakeholder and supply chain management

- Strong technical knowledge across electrical + civils
