The Role
We are looking for motivated, confident, and ambitious Internal Sales Executive to help drive new business growth for the company. You will be responsible for contacting construction companies, electrical engineering contractors, utilities providers, and infrastructure organisations to introduce Copius Group's manpower supply services. This role is ideal for someone with B2B telesales experience who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and working towards targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound B2B sales calls to prospective clients
- Introducing Copius Group's recruitment and workforce solutions
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales activity logs
- Following up on enquiries and nurturing potential clients
- Researching target companies and identifying key decision makers
- Working towards weekly and monthly KPIs and sales targets
- Supporting the wider recruitment and business development team
What We're Looking For
- Previous outbound business development, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Motivated, target-driven, and resilient attitude
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients
- Organised and self-motivated
- Experience within construction, engineering, recruitment, or industrial sectors is an advantage
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
