Rate: £40 per hour (LTD Company)
Hours: 50 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with potential Saturday overtime (overtime rates apply)
Contract: 1st December 2025 – 23rd December 2025 (project recommences January 2026)
We are currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee and work alongside a team of five cable pullers on an installation project in Banbury. This is a hands-on role, requiring strong leadership and the ability to manage day-to-day site operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and working with a team of 5 cable pullers
- Managing daily tasks and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
- Monitoring progress and maintaining health and safety on site
- Liaising with project management and providing updates as required
- Supporting the smooth delivery of the project
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Working Supervisor
- Strong background in installation and cable pulling environments
- Ability to lead a team and maintain safe working practices
- Own transport required (can be provided if necessary)
