We are currently looking for production Despatch Operatives to join one of the UK's leading family‑owned seafood businesses.

We are the largest independent supplier of skin‑packed and bulk fish to large multiples, wholesalers and the food service sector. Copernus is a 200+ strong family‑run business, who recognise our staff are pivotal to our continued success.
We are looking for a candidate with the following:
- Previous experience within a food manufacturing process.
- Picking experience.
- Familiarity with quality systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with BRC working practices.
- Basic knowledge of Health and Safety.
- Basic knowledge of Food Hygiene.
- FLT Licence (essential)
Candidates should be:

Shift patterns in the despatch team are 4 days on, 4 days off. Positions are available on the 6AM–6PM schedule.
