Salary: Paid per completed assignment, plus agreed expenses.
Due to client demand We are expanding our register of mystery shoppers. As a mystery shopper, you pose as an ordinary customer and report objectively on what happens. Assignments may include:
- visiting stores, branches and showrooms
- making enquiry calls to sales and service teams
- testing websites, apps and online buying journeys
- completing a clear, factual report soon after each visit
What we’re looking for
- Sharp eye for detail and good memory
- Clear, accurate written reports
- Reliability and respect for deadlines
- Discretion - you must stay in role
- Fluency in your local language; further languages are a strong advantage
- Access to a smartphone and the internet
The fees we pay for our assignments vary depending upon the complexity of the task and therefore you’ll achieve a wage equivalent to the National Minimum Wage. Each of the visit fees are detailed on our Job Board. You will be working on a self-employed basis, so you will be responsible for paying your own National Insurance contributions and Tax.
