As a small expert team member, you will provide technical service, equipment commissioning at customer sites, training, and conduct customer trials for depositors, mixers, fillers, and related equipment.
Responsibilities- Unload, install, and maintain machinery setup at customer sites, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Conduct trials both in-house and at customer sites, and conduct equipment commissioning.
- Provide customer training to ensure proper operation and maintenance.
- Perform preventative maintenance, field modifications, and support factory activities.
- Produce progress reports.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Work in the factory manufacturing department as required: building and testing equipment before shipping.
- Follow health & safety policies and ensure proper calibration of tools and equipment.
- Graduated or currently enrolled in a mechanical trade program.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical; electrical knowledge would be appreciated.
- Passionate about troubleshooting and technical problem‑solving.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach to service.
- Willingness to travel (at short notice) and work on customer sites both in the UK and Ireland 70% of the time.
- At least one night off per week.
- Valid Driving Licence.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
