As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing person-centred supported living services for adults with learning disabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established, highly reputable charity which positively changes lives and helps hundreds of people each year.

Responsibilities:
  • Registered lead for small supported living services.
  • Oversee and optimise the day-to-day functioning of the registration.
  • Have a thorough understanding of CQC standards, regulations and outcomes.
  • Drive compliance and strategic growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with leaders across the organisation to develop and execute comprehensive development strategies aligned with goals and objectives.
  • Empower and lead operational teams to deliver exceptional work and outstanding support to the people that the charity supports.
Skills/Attributes:
  • Diploma Level 5 Health and Social Care.
  • Experience in managing services for vulnerable adults / adults with learning disabilities / autism.
