Copello have partnered with a leading aerospace manufacturer who are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Tooling to join their busy team. As the Tooling Engineer, you'll design and deliver high-performance jigs, fixtures, and tooling systems for low-volume, high-value aerospace components.

What You'll Do:

  • Design precision tooling with 3D CAD and 2D drawings
  • Develop and optimize CNC programs (3/4/5-axis) to aerospace standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive quality and efficiency
  • Apply GD&T and DFM/DFA principles to deliver cost-effective, high-performance solutions
  • Support continuous improvement in machining and assembly processes

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
  • Strong CAD/CAM skills (SolidWorks, Hypermill, Edgecam)
  • CNC expertise (Mazak, Haas) and tooling design know-how
  • Deep understanding of aerospace materials, standards or similar (AS9100, FAIR), and quality systems
  • Degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
