Seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support the Displays & Controls Subsystem team responsible for defining and maintaining the functional behaviour of cockpit design across multiple programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and maintain subsystem functional requirements documentation.
- Review and analyse problem reports from integration rigs and flight testing.
- Support formal reviews to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Analyse subsystem failures, identifying hazards and mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent experience.
- Strong systems engineering background in Aerospace or Defence sectors.
- Familiarity with design tools like Statemate, Artisan, Rhapsody, UML, and DOORS.
- Proven ability to derive system requirements from high-level objectives.
- Knowledge of hazard analysis methods and tools, such as Fault Tree+.
- Experience with equipment ICDs and stakeholder management.
