An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Engineering Manager to support the delivery of complex engineering projects within a highly regulated environment. Working alongside experienced technical leaders, you will help coordinate engineering activities and ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of engineering activities.
  • Coordinate technical tasks across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor project risks and support mitigation activities.
  • Contribute to design reviews and engineering governance.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

  • Experience in Systems, Software or a similar engineering discipline.
  • Understanding of engineering lifecycle and governance processes.
  • Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities within a technical project environment.
  • Relevant Engineering or STEM qualification preferred.
