We're looking for an experienced planning leader to oversee production planning, inventory, and subcontract manufacturing within a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for ensuring customer orders are delivered on time, coordinating production schedules, managing material availability, and working closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain efficient operations. You'll also lead a team of planners, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support supply chain resilience.

Key requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in production planning within manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
  • Experience managing suppliers, inventory, and subcontract manufacturing.
