Copello have partnered with a global defence leader who are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer Trials and Integration. Join our Combat Systems Strategic Projects team and play a pivotal role in trials, integration, and cutting-edge software deployment. What You’ll Do: Lead systems engineering activities for trials and integration using agile practices. Deploy, configure, and integrate combat systems software and architectures. Run internal and customer-facing trials, assisting in system testing and design certification. Collaborate with experts across the business and represent the business in customer forums, including international trials. What We’re Looking For: Technical expertise in Systems and/or Software Engineering. Experience in conducting trials and experiments in customer forums. Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset. (Desirable) Experience with Combat Management Systems in the Naval Domain. Why join?
