A new role has arisen for a Cyber Security specialist to work in an impactful team focused on the seamless integration of Submarine Platforms into the Royal Naval Fleet. This role would suit someone with a background in Risk and operational technology.
The Role
Working on Submarine programmes, you will support engineering lifecycle reviews by ensuring that security is embedded in system development, defining and implementing risk-based security requirements for systems and subsystems, while also producing and maintaining security artefacts (risk registers, assurance cases, schedules etc).
Requirements
This role requires a Cyber Security professional with a background in Risk Analysis, knowledge of industry standards incl. NIST and ISO27001 and ideally experience within the UK Defence Industry (though other highly regulated industries will be considered). You will be an excellent communicator, able to work effectively with 3rd parties (eg. Penetration Testing providers).
Certifications & Qualifications
Experience itself will be key but industry recognised qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCP will be highly advantageous. Security Clearance UK SC is required for this role.
