Copello have partnered with an established defence and aerospace business in the recruitment of a Sales Manager based in Marlow. Key Responsibilities: * Sales Order Management: Agree and manage sales order intake targets for the Company’s and affiliated products within a defined geographic sales territory. * Product Support: Provide sales product management support to the sales team, focusing on a key product offering. * Market Strategy: Define and maintain optimal routes to market for the assigned territory, ensuring alignment with business strategy. * Forecasting: Maintain and report timely, accurate forecasts of order intake pipelines within the territory. * Business Development: Identify, justify, and manage profitable new business opportunities through the early stages of the bid cycle. * Value-Based Pricing: Establish value-based pricing strategies tailored to customer needs and opportunity potential. * Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the broader sales team to achieve shared objectives and contribute to overall team success.
