Copello have partnered with an established engineering business in the recruitment of an experienced RF Design Engineer to join a team developing advanced RF and analogue electronic solutions for high-impact, mission-critical applications.
What you’ll do:
- Design, simulate, and develop RF and analogue circuits across a wide frequency range
- Integrate, test, and debug RF systems to optimise performance
- Contribute to design reviews, technical documentation, and risk management
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in an agile engineering environment
- Support project delivery through accurate estimation, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best engineering practices
What you’ll bring:
- Degree in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in RF circuit and system design
- Strong skills with RF simulation and PCB design tools
- Hands-on experience with RF test equipment and lab integration
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex technical challenges
Desirable:
- Experience from LF to X-band designs
- Knowledge of receivers, LNAs, and high-power amplifiers
- Exposure to low SWaP-C solutions and harsh environments
- Familiarity with regulated or defence-related engineering domains
