Copello is seeking an experienced Human Factors Specialist to join a growing team delivering safety case activities across major programmes. This remote role includes monthly travel to site and supports the safe design, operation and assessment of high-integrity systems as part of multidisciplinary engineering teams.

You will produce safety case documentation, perform hazard analyses, and contribute to risk reduction activities throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring compliance with UK regulations.
