We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer (MBSE Specialist) to support and enhance Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices across the organisation. This role is focused on maintaining robust engineering models, improving system integration, and enabling effective decision-making through accurate data management, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development, maturity, and integration of MBSE capabilities across engineering functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and develop Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) activities, including:
- Requirements management
- Interface definition
- Trade studies
- Interdisciplinary integration and analysis
- Maintain the consistency, integrity, and usability of engineering models across the user community
- Optimise model deployment and reporting capabilities, producing clear and effective visualisations for stakeholders
- Support the integration of MBSE models with wider organisational tools and systems
- Prepare, analyse, and report on performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Engage with stakeholders across the business, including senior leaders and subject matter experts
- Develop and implement verification and validation strategies to ensure:
- Accuracy
- Traceability
- Reliability of engineering data and analysis
- Maintain and support SQL databases, ensuring data integrity, availability, and accuracy
