Are you an experienced HR leader ready to help shape the people strategy of a complex, operational business?

We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to work directly with the VP General Manager and leadership team, driving talent, engagement and organisational performance.

This is a high-impact, autonomous role in a unionised environment where strong judgement, commercial awareness and confident stakeholder influence are essential.

  • Lead the people strategy, including talent planning and leadership capability
  • Manage complex employee relations cases and union engagement
  • Use HR insights and data to guide business decisions
  • Coach and influence leaders to drive performance and engagement

Significant experience in a senior HRBP role is required.

Competitive benefits package including generous annual leave (around 27 days) and pension.
