Copello are working with a leading Defence organisation to recruit a Paralegal to join a busy in-house legal team supporting complex, high-profile engineering and technology programmes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with paralegal or commercial contracts experience to gain exposure to a broad range of legal matters within a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and amending a variety of commercial contracts
- Supporting contract negotiations and legal matters
- Assisting with data protection activities, including subject access requests
- Maintaining legal compliance policies and procedures
- Conducting legal research and providing clear advice to internal stakeholders
Experience Required
- Law Degree, GDL, CILEX qualification or equivalent legal background
- Previous paralegal or commercial contracts experience
- Understanding of contract law and compliance processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
