What You’ll Do:

  • Support existing manufacturing lines & introduce new products
  • Lead problem-solving and process improvements
  • Drive industrial validation using FMEAs and process proving
  • Manage design modifications & ensure configuration control
  • Optimise production for safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
  • Develop tooling and manufacturing instructions

  • Engineering Apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21) + HNC/Degree in a relevant field
  • Hands-on problem solver with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to interpret design drawings & create build instructions
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Aware of digital tools for collaboration
